 Payments must be made in full before installation or delivery unless otherwise agreed.

 We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards,Cheques and Bank Transfer

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

If an order is canceled after 14 days but before installation scheduling, a cancellation fee may apply.

Custom-made products are non-refundable unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

5. Installation & Warranty

Installation dates are provided as estimates and may be subject to change.

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to the installation site.

Our installations come with a 1-year warranty on workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to all products.

Any unauthorized modifications to installed products void warranties.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product/service in question.

Return and Refund Policy

At MBS Mobility Baths and Showers we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
